Cancellation & Refund Policy

A refund will be issued, less a 50% processing fee of the registration fee.
From Sep 1, 2026
No refunds will be issued for cancellations on or after this date.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat at secretariat@apspghan2026.org.
